Everyday we teach a number of different yoga and pilates classes in our small and atmospheric yoga studio on the Stille Mare 11 in the centre of Leiden, with a beautifull view of the city.

To find out if yoga lessons at Yoga Spirit are for your liking, you can try your first lesson for 10 euro (which will be refunded if you become a member)
